At Exotic Aquarium, we take pride in the health of our fish and work hard to ensure they are shipped safely and arrive at your door in great condition. Every order is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped to ensure your aquatic pets travel safely and arrive in excellent condition.
We understand that shipping can be costly, especially due to the nature of shipping LIVE animals to ensure their safety. We encourage customers to choose the shipping method that best fits their needs and comfort level.
Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to shipments sent via UPS Next Day Air or Air Cargo Shipping.
Please note that UPS 2nd Day Air is not covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee due to the extended transit time and increased risk to live animals.
We ship live fish orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, weather and holidays permitting. We do not ship on other weekdays to avoid the risk of delays that can occur later in the week, ensuring that your fish never sit in a warehouse or delivery hub over a weekend or holiday closure.

*Live Arrival Guarantee Policy
At Exotic Aquarium, we take every precaution to ensure your livestock arrives healthy and safe. All live fish and aquatic pets are carefully packed for secure transit. To protect both our animals and our customers, please review our guarantee policy below:
*In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), customers must provide clear photos/video of the fish in the unopened
bag within 2 hours
of delivery.
*Do not discard any livestock without contacting us first and receiving our authorization.
*A clear video of you opening the unopened package is required as proof of any DOA. Without this
video, the guarantee will be void.
*Shipments must be received on the first delivery attempt. If the package is missed, delayed, or left unattended, the
guarantee will be void.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
*This guarantee does not cover shipping or handling charges; these costs are non-refundable.
*This guarantee does not cover any UPS delays.
*The guarantee is void once livestock is introduced into your tank.
*We do not accept returns due to size concerns or tank compatibility.
*If the exterior of your package appears damaged, report it to the delivery person immediately and open the package in
their presence to document any issues. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may void this guarantee.
