At Exotic Aquarium, we take every precaution to ensure your livestock arrives healthy and safe. All live fish and aquatic pets are carefully packed for secure transit. To protect both our animals and our customers, please review our guarantee policy below: *If you experience a loss upon delivery, you must notify us immediately. *Do not discard any livestock without contacting us first and receiving our authorization. *A clear video of you opening the unopened package is required as proof of any DOA (Dead on Arrival). Without this video, the guarantee will be void. *Shipments must be received on the first delivery attempt. If the package is missed, delayed, or left unattended, the guarantee will be void. Guarantee Terms and Conditions *This guarantee does not cover shipping or handling charges; these costs are non-refundable. *This guarantee does not cover any UPS delays. *The guarantee is void once livestock is introduced into your tank. *We do not accept returns due to size concerns or tank compatibility. *If the exterior of your package appears damaged, report it to the delivery person immediately and open the package in their presence to document any issues. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may void this guarantee.
